2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER

In order to conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products on www.quiyou.com, you must complete the electronic order form and send it electronically to the Seller, following the relevant instructions.

In the order form, displayed immediately before the conclusion of the purchase contract, we will provide you with summary information about the essential characteristics of each product ordered, the price (including all applicable taxes or duties) and the shipping costs. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.

2.4

The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process your order and in any case within the terms of the law. You will be able to access your order form in the My Order section.

2.5

When you submit your order form, you are informed that you are obliged to pay the price indicated. Before submitting your order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any input errors.

The Seller may refuse to process your purchase orders if they do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or if they are incomplete or incorrect or if the products are not available. In these cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your purchase order, specifying the reasons thereof. If the products displayed on www.quiyou.com are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or at the time the order form is sent, the Vendor shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days from the day after the Vendor receives your order. The Seller does not sell second-hand products, irregular products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered in the market.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.quiyou.com within each product file. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale on www.quiyou.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

3.4

The prices of the products refer to the Italian price (including VAT) and the Livigno price (exempt from VAT). Please check the final sale price before submitting your order form.

Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed on the splash page cannot be accepted by the Seller.

3.7

The Seller, in the event of exercising your right to return goods for exchange, has the right not to accept the return, in relation to those products that do not have their tags or have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or have been damaged.

3.8

All products sold by the Seller are covered by the legal warranty of twenty-four (24) months for conformity defects, in accordance with the applicable law. The lack of conformity of the product must be notified to the Seller within two (2) months of its discovery. The lack of conformity can be notified to the Seller by contacting the Customer Service. In case of lack of conformity, you are entitled to request the repair or replacement of the product. In the event that the aforementioned remedies are not possible or excessively onerous, you shall be entitled to a reduction in the price paid or to termination of the sales contract, pursuant to Article 130 of the Consumer Code.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1

For payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you may use one of the methods indicated on the order form. Under no circumstances will you be charged higher costs than those actually incurred by the Seller, in relation to the payment method you have chosen.

4.2

In the event of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or the date of its expiry) will be forwarded, by means of encrypted protocol, to Banca di Credito Cooperativo CRA CANTU' or to other banks which provide the relative remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Moreover, this information will never be used by the Seller except for the purpose of completing the procedures relating to your purchase and issuing refunds due to the unavailability of products, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police commission of fraud on www.quiyou.com. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be debited from your current account when the purchased products are shipped.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

You can choose to receive the items purchased at the address you have chosen or at the Quiyou shops located in Livigno , listed on www.quiyou.com. If you have chosen the "Collect in shop / Click&Collect" option, we will notify you of the arrival of your order at the shop by email. In this case, you must collect the items within thirty (30) days of receiving this notification, showing the sales assistant a copy of the email confirming dispatch and your identification document. If you arrange for another person to collect the order, that person will need to present a photocopy of their ID along with the letter of proxy and your ID in addition to the email confirming dispatch of the order. If you fail to collect the products within this deadline, the purchase contract will be automatically terminated and you will be reimbursed for the amount paid. We also remind you that payment can be made at the point of sale. Delivery to the shop has no added cost and the delivery times offered are the fastest available. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code in Chapter I "Consumer Rights in Contracts", with specific reference to the regulations on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects of e-commerce.
